Personal data collected on this website are processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other legislation applicable to the protection of personal data, such as Law No. 58/2019 of August 8.

In accordance with articles 13 and 14 of the GDPR, this Privacy Policy describes how we process the personal data we receive when you browse our platform, when you register to receive our news or when you contact us using the contact form, by email, telephone or post, as well as what your rights are regarding personal data and how you can exercise them.

  • Article 6, paragraph 1, letter a), in situations where the data subject has given his/her consent;
  • Article 6(1)(b), if the processing is necessary for the performance of a contract or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract;
  • Article 6, paragraph 1, letter c), if the processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the Portugal Digital Mission Structure is subject;
  • Article 6(1)(d), if the processing is necessary to protect the vital interests of the data subject or of another natural person;
  • Article 6(1)(e), if processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the controller.

2. Data processed when you visit this website

2.1. Data collection

Whenever a user accesses this website, activity data is temporarily stored and processed in a file.

The tracking tool used to analyze the use of this website is configured to ensure that no personal data is collected.

Users' IP addresses are also anonymized, so it is not possible to track the activity of individuals.

(*) This point is more relevant because we are sent CVs and application forms for job offers.

When you contact us, your data and information provided by you will be processed in order to contact you and respond to your request for information. This data will be processed and stored, in accordance with the GDPR, for a period of three years.

If your request does not fall within the scope of our competences and duties, it may be forwarded to the competent entities without your prior consent, in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR, provided that it is legitimate to assume that forwarding the matter safeguards your interests and that no sensitive personal data will be included (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter e) of the GDPR).

NB: The right to automated individual decision-making, including profiling (Article 22), does not apply here.

If the processing of your personal data is justified by your consent, you have the right to withdraw that consent unconditionally at any time. Such withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out based on the consent previously given (Article 7(3) GDPR).

4.2. Complaints
